Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

RETURN POLICY

Eligibility

Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.

Requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Returns Are Accepted Only In The Following Cases

Damaged product received

Incorrect product delivered

Incorrect size delivered

Manufacturing defects

Mandatory Proof

Clear images or videos of the damage/defect must be shared while raising the request.

Requests without visual proof will be rejected.

To qualify for a return:
1. All tags must be intact and attached.

2. The product should be returned in its original packaging.
3. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in undamaged condition.

*All return and refund requests are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to deny any request where we reasonably believe the policy is being misused, fraudulent activity is involved, or the return does not comply with our terms and conditions.

Return Charges

In the event that a customer chooses to return a product for any reason other than those mentioned above, a minimum return handling fee of ₹200 will apply.
The final return charge may/will increase based on:

Quantity of items

Weight of the order

Customer’s state/location

Actual logistics cost incurred

Reverse Pickup

We offer reverse pickup for most pin codes.

If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers will be required to self-ship the product to us.

Refund Timeline

Once the returned product is received and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 24 hours.


EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligibility

Exchanges are applicable within 7 days of delivery.

Only one exchange is allowed per order.

Condition of Product

To be eligible for exchange, the product must be:

Unused, unworn, and unwashed

Undamaged

With all original tags, labels, and packaging intact

Products failing inspection will not qualify for exchange.

Exchange Charges

Exchanges are a chargeable service.

A minimum exchange fee of ₹150 applies.

The final exchange fee may vary depending on:

Number of items

Weight of the package

Customer’s state/location

Logistics cost

 Exchange shipping charges must be paid in advance to initiate the process.

Exchange Timeline

Reverse pickup will be arranged within 2–3 business days.

The complete exchange process may take up to 7 days after product pickup.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

If the order has already been shipped:

Shipping charges will be deducted

Remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method
